大口径井先导孔精确中靶技术研究

摘要: 在煤矿区施工大口径瓦斯抽采孔、通风孔、电缆孔、输料孔、应急救援孔时,因钻孔工程的特殊性,要求终孔中靶位置精确,因此在施工过程中为了保证大口径井的先导孔精确中靶,在坪上煤矿大口径救援井施工过程中采用无线随钻测量技术,严格控制先导孔的井眼轨迹,透巷之前采用RMRS(旋转电磁测距系统)反演法校核钻头的实际位置,并预测钻头的最终透巷位置,精确中靶。结果表明,该工艺技术切实可靠,保证了大口径救援井的成功实施。

Abstract: During the construction of large diameter gas drainage hole, ventilation hole, cable hole, transporting material hole, relief hole projects in coal mining areas, because of their special nature, it requires hitting target precisely , so it should control the well trajectory of the pilot hole strictly to ensure hitting target precisely. In the case of the large diameter relief well in PingShang coal mine, it will introduce the pilot hole of large diameter well precise hitting target technology, which can serve as a successful case.
